We have a department that runs residential estates and apartment buildings operated through Management Companies, and trades as Covenant Management.
We have staff dedicated to this type of work. This enables us to provide a focused service to the Board of Directors (usually made up of owners) and residents.
Covenant Management is a member of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents.
